So, I spent the weekend in Boston and managed to have a great time in spite of the lack of chow-dah. The chocolate buffet at the Langham Hotel is highly recommended, as is the Marriott Long Wharf.
My biggest lesson? Girls in Boston do not wear pants. I saw some of the shortest dresses (or longest shirts) I have ever seen. It made me so uncomfortable. It might also be a sign of how old I am because I was definitely like "they are going to catch a cold." It was not warm in Boston. You know what else is short in Boston? The boys. I was an Amazon.
While in Boston, I received a pretty excellent bridesmaid gift from Angela. She wrote us such a sweet poem, had it laminated and gave us the most beautiful Tiffany necklaces. Feast your eyes on this:
I had a hunch that 27 years of friendship would pay off. Boy did it ever! Thanks again, Angela!
