Delicious Gluten-Free Eating?

Sounds impossible, but as Jason and I learned last night - quite possible after all. Before Chelsea Handler, we took a visit to Risotteria as it offers a large variety of gluten-free options. I had a really great salad with gluten-free dressing that was really delicious and some quite tasty "classic" risotto (all risotto on menu is gluten-free). Jason opted for pizza because he's been dying for it and that was really good as well. Oh - and there were some very delicious, mildy salty breadsticks. Jason saved his gluten-free brownie for his ride home, but reported that it was good also.

S'mac also offers gluten-free options so I'm sure we'll try that at some point (possibly after Operation Steamy Hot in Vegas ends). But, Risotteria - we'll see you soon, I'm sure!
