Sorry I've been a little MIA this week, Musings readers. It's been kind of busy at work and I haven't really been home at night to blog either. Hopefully things will settle down next week and I can get into a more regular schedule.
Anyway, here are my latest runs - you can click the little grey arrow to scroll through them. The pacing is a little off because I still can't get the stupid band to calibrate, but it's close enough for my purposes. And hopefully for yours.
